At Dallas Immigration Attorney aka the Law Offices of Garry L. Davis, PC, we focus exclusively on practicing Immigration and Nationality Law in the Dallas Fort Worth Texas Metroplex. Staying focused allows us to provide the most competent legal advice and services at a competitive price.

Our clients range from mid-sized corporations to individual families throughout Dallas, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Plano, North Texas and beyond. We handle all aspects of Immigration Law, including deportation defense, writs of habeas corpus and mandamus, family-sponsored immigration, employer compliance, temporary visas for work and college, permanent residence, naturalization, consular visa processing, and waivers.

Our firm has three attorneys. Garry Davis, the founder of the firm, is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Immigration and Nationality Law and is licensed to practice law in Texas. A native Texan, Mr. Davis graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin with his Doctor of Jurisprudence. Since graduation, Mr. Davis has only practiced US Immigration Law. He has been selected as a Texas Monthly Rising Star Super Lawyer several times, and has been invited to speak at numerous continuing legal education conferences throughout the country, including the National Conference of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Ana Olivares is a native of Mexico, but grew up in Texas. Also a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Mr. Olivares has only practiced Immigration Law since graduation and has worked with the University of Texas Immigration Law Clinic and Catholic Charities of Dallas Immigration and Legal Services. In addition to working with our practice, she currently sits on the Board of Directors of Opening Doors Immigration Services.

Rizwan Dar is a native of Pakistan and an immigrant to the US himself. He is licensed to practice law in Canada, so his service to the firm is limited to handling issues relating to international law in an advisory role and advising individuals outside the US, most notably in Dubai, Pakistan, India and Canada, of the options available to them to immigrate to the US and to Canada.

Our mission is to provide the most competent US Immigration counsel available in the Dallas TX area at the best possible price. Our goal is to keep families together and businesses running effectively and efficiently. Our hope is that when our contract is at its end, our clients are comfortable referring friends, family and colleagues to our office for immigration help in the future. How can we help you?

Testimonials:

"My wife and I were facing deportation from the US, and did not know where to turn. Because of our political beliefs and activities prior to coming to Texas we could not go back to our home country without fear for our lives. Mr. Davis was able to find a way to keep us here in the US and keep us out of deportation. Thanks to Mr. Davis’s help, our family is able to stay in the Dallas TX area without fear and with hope for the future."

"Our company has several offices throughout the world and hundreds of employees. We bring our key managers and highly specialized employees to the US for consulting and to manage large projects frequently. Mr. Davis is very efficient in arranging visas that allow our Dallas area business to be conducted with minimal interruption and maximum efficiency. He is always available to answer our employees’ individual questions quickly and expertly."

"Several years ago, I was scheduled for a bus ride back to Mexico courtesy of US Immigration, leaving a US citizen spouse and children behind in Texas. On the day I was set to be deported, Mr. Davis was able to arrange a restraining order from the Federal District Court in Dallas, Texas that kept me in the US and stopped the deportation. He then arranged for my release from immigration detention, and eventually my permanent resident status in the US. Once only hours away from deportation, I am now able to stay in the US with my wife and children and see my grandchildren grow up."
